The paper discusses the study of finished tea products made from raw materials taken from different regions of Georgia. The physical, chemical and organoleptic indicators of tea products made by entrepreneurs from the Samegrelo, Guria and Imereti zones were studied. The moisture content of finished tea, the total amount of phenolic compounds, Total amount of ash, extractive substances and organoleptic indicators (tea color, aroma, brewed leaf and external appearance) were determined.
